Sunboo have four professional production lines that utilize ESOP workstations, allowing production staff to work based on standard SOPs and ensuring consistent product quality.

Our MES system establishes a traceable production record system by using barcode readers to collect information on key parts used in each process. To ensure the highest level of product quality, Sunboo performs quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process, from IQC, IPQC, FQC to OQC.
